The Ombudswoman for the 2nd Regional Health was an intern Social Service in this location, in which, for a requirement of the University (PUCPR), conducted Intervention Project in the field of stage on the process of implementation of the ombudsman of municipal health office. Considering that the process of establishment of ombudsman municipal health offices was seen as the fragile, until the beginning of the year 2016, and the information confirmed by data collected by diagnosis, which made possible the implementation of the project intervention. In this sense, the objective of this article is to highlight the successful experience held in this Field Internship, stressing yourself through the exposition of the results obtained in a field survey, that prove the increase in 100% in the number of ombudsman's offices Municipal Health in the scope of this Regional, after the intervention of the intern in the process of implementation of the ombudsman of municipal health office.Downloads
